Mr. Alpesh G. Kotadia, the founder of Green Group which now stands as an epitome of construction and infrastructure development in Gujarat, was born in a small agricultural family in India. Having devoted more than two decades of his life in construction, entertainment and hospitality industry, he has been able to expand and diversify the horizons of this group by culminating newer technologies in construction and embracing fresh ideas for revolutionary designs. Mr. Alpesh Patel, the Managing director of the group is into liaisoning and relationship building. With an experience of more than 18 years, his project supervision skills are highly beneficial. He has an eye for perfection in construction and is a visionary in business.

He is the Vice-Chairman of the group and the brain behind the legal matters of the group that includes land title, property transfer, financial planning and other administrative functions. He holds the responsibility of looking after the purchase and sale of flats in Surat.

Mr. Sandeep Kotadia is the director of the group and holds extensive experience in sales and construction. He efficiently looks after sales strategy, site management, office administration, financial matters and client dealings.
